Managing Director: Age 46
Richard Valenta has a wealth of experience in the resourcessector having spent the last 25 years employed in various roles in NorthAmerica, Central America and Australia. Most recently Richard played a key rolewith the highly successful, Canadian based, Fronteer Group, where he was ChiefOperating Officer and Vice President Exploration of Fronteer Development Group(“Fronteer”) and Chief Geoscientist of Aurora Energy Resources Inc(“Aurora”). During that time the approximate marketcapitalisations of these companies increased from CDN$11 million to CDN$980million and CDN$216 million to CDN$1 billion respectively. This reflectedthe success of Richard’s team in making significant new discoveries andincreasing resources – from no resources to 2.1 million ounces of gold(in the case of Fronteer) and 96 million lbs of uranium (in the case ofAurora).
Over the past 10 years, he has directed explorationexpenditure of US$40 million, resulting in the discovery of resources with atotal in-ground value of US$8 billion. He has carried out successful regionselection and project generation on six continents, seeking a range of basemetal, gold and uranium target styles and environments. He led the CentralAmerican exploration of a major Australian Mining Company (MIM), resulting intwo important mineral discoveries. He has developed strong and productiverelationships with community and indigenous stakeholders in Canada, Mexico andAustralia leading to increased exploration access.

Stephen Evans is the Managing Director of a leading Adelaide based accounting firm, “RJC Evans & Co” which was established in 1920. Stephen has over 25 years experience in advising small, medium and large corporations in relation to tax, accounting, financial and business related matters. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia, National Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. He brings to the Board a wealth of experience in the accounting, financial and taxation fields. Stephen is a non-executive director of WCP Resources Limited.
Simon T. O’Loughlin BA(Acc)

Simon O’Loughlin is the founding member of O’Loughlins Lawyers, an Adelaide based medium sized specialist commercial law firm. For many years he has practiced, both in Sydney and Adelaide, in the corporate and commercial fields with, in more recent times, a particular focus on the resources sector. He also holds accounting qualifications. He is currently Chairman of Living Cell Technologies Limited, WCP Resources Limited and Bondi Mining Limited and a director of Petratherm Limited and Aura Energy Limited. He has extensive experience and involvement with companies in the small industrial and resources sectors. He has also been involved in the listing and back-door listing of numerous companies on the ASX and National Stock Exchanges. He is a former Chairman of the Taxation Institute of Australia (SA Division) and Save the Children Fund (SA Division).
Simon J.R. Taylor BSc (Geology), MAIG, GCertAppFin(Finsia)

Simon Taylor is a geologist with 17 years experience throughout Australia in gold, base metals and nickel having held senior geologist and exploration manager positions for numerous ASX listed resource companies. He has gained considerable experience in exploration, project assessment and joint venture negotiations. He is a founding non-executive Director of Bondi Mining Limited and the founding Director of Geeland Pty Ltd providing consulting services to resource companies and financial corporations as a resource analyst.
Simon’s corporate experience includes project appraisal, advice on placements and fund raising. Simon is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists.

Company Secretary
Donald Stephens is a Chartered Accountant and corporate adviser with over 20 years experience in the accounting industry, including 14 years as a partner of HLB Mann Judd (SA) Pty Ltd in South Australia, a firm of Chartered Accountants. He is a non executive director of Mithril Resources Ltd and Papyrus Australia Ltd and is company secretary to Minotaur Exploration Ltd, Mithril Resources Ltd, Petratherm Ltd,Toro Energy Ltd, Arasor International Ltd, Innovance Ltd (National Stock Exchange listed) and Ferraus Ltd. He holds other directorships with private companies and provides corporate advisory services to a wide range of organisations.
Cem Yuceer, BSc
Exploration Manager - Turkey
Mr. Yuceer graduated from Turkey's prestigious Middle East Technical University in 1998 and worked for Major Drilling, Ortadagu Drilling, and Teck Cominco in Turkey, culminating in a period as Turkish Exploration Manager for Odyssey Resources Ltd. He has participated in a number of successful discoveries and developments during his career in Turkey. Mr. Yuceer has a solid blend of experience, technical capability and knowledge of Turkish mineral exploration, and is well placed to lead Chesser's exploration effort in Turkey.
David Esser, BSc(Hons)
Exploration Manager - Australia
Mr Esser brings over 16 years of exploration experience to Chesser, mostly spent with Placer Pacific in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, Northeast Queensland, Southeast Queensland, the Mount Isa region and Papua New Guinea. David led the exploration teams that were responsible for the discovery of the Mt Dimer gold orebody near Southern Cross WA, and the Kulthor copper-gold resource near Osborne in the Mount Isa region, and was also part of teams that successfully expanded the resources of Porgera, Kidston, Misima, Osborne and Granny Smith. He has a wealth of experience in management of exploration programs from greenfields to resource stage, as well as a solid background in safety, environment, and liaison with local stakeholders and JV partners.
