Community Relations
Chesser Resources recognises that in order to continue and to expand our exploration and project development activities we must have the support of the communities in which we operate. Our Community Affairs Strategy has been established based on the following principles:
- Fostering openness and ongoing dialogue with people close to our operations
- Providing regular and transparent information about the activities to all interest groups like children, women, NGOs, and the other stakeholders.


- Consulting with the community on the environmental consequences of our activities and taking their views into account in our decision making
- Anticipating and responding to community concerns, aspirations and values in relation to our activities
- Assessing our social performance through direct consultation with the community, gaining feedback from a range of stakeholder committees, as well as undertaking independent community attitude surveys
- Increasing local employment level by recruiting people from nearby settlements.
- Giving trainings to all employees and the local communities to create awareness about CR, HS, and Environment Policy of the company increase skill levels of the employees.

- Increasing individual skills by training local employees about exploration and mining subjects.
- Giving priority to local vendors to increase local procurement level.
- Establishing good relations with local media and providing correct information to them.
